The Fushigi Yuugi manga was great and all, but ya never really found out all that much about the Suzaku seishi's family unless you got a hold of a translation of the gaiden novels or the mini stories in the Perfect World magazines. Well through collaboration with fellow FY fans and lots of reading, I managed to track down these names.

Tamahome's Family

Kyuen: father
Yuugetsu: mother
Chuuei 忠栄: 12 year old brother
Gyokuran 玉蘭: 9 year old sister
Shunkei 春敬: 7 year old brother
Yuiren 結蓮: 5 year old sister

Hotohori's Family

Moutaikou 孟太后: mother
Tendou 天童: elder brother (died at 19)
Ougi 匡儀: 19 year old brother
Bogyoku: elder half brother ('died' at 14)
Kotsuki: younger half brother (killed young)

Nuriko's Family

Father & Mother: run clothing business
Rokou 呂候: elder brother
Kourin 康琳: younger sister

Chichiri's Family

Father: revered
Mother: gentle and loving
Lil Sister: loves big brother very much
Kouran 香蘭: fiancee
Hikou 飛皋: best friend

Tasuki's Family

Father: quiet and dull
Mother: busty, bossy, and fiery
Eimin 茗明: eldest sister
Rin'an 吝安: second elder sister
Fuyou 芙陽: third elder sister
Manka 万香: fourth elder sister
Aidou 愛朣: youngest elder sister

Mitsukake's Family

Keiyu: father
Mother: died when he was 8
Kaku Shouka: fiancee

Chiriko's Family

Sontaku: father
Mother: aged but healthy
Gishou: elder brother
Ryoko: sister-in-law
Doukun: nephew

Nakago's Family

Gi Koyuu 魏虎雄: father
Matuta マトゥタ: mother

Amiboshi and Suboshi's Family

Kanri: father

If anyone happens to know the names of other family members (kanji too please), please comment on this! I've been rackin' my brain an' the brains of others to find this info!

Well Chichiri you could consider Hikou and Koran his family, even if they were friends and not blood related.

And for Hotohori there is also Doukun, the sibling he speaks to in volume 6.

Fairy Tail: Voix Mini Story 5 "Pan!" Reedus called out to me before I left the guild for the day. "I… I know this is a bit short notice, but… would you… um… like to have dinner with me?"

I shook my head slowly and patted my stomach while pointing into the guild hall.

"Oh… you already ate?"

I nodded.

He blushed and lowered his head, "I-I see…"

I tilted my head to the side curiously, wondering why he wanted to have a meal with me. Wait, wasn't dining together one of the first basic dates a couple would go on? Was he trying to ask me out? And here I honestly admitted I was full.
